It comes as Biden is accused of using the authorizations to 'stretch his war powers' after an airstrike in Syria last week
The president was criticized for failing to consult Congress before the strike

The NDAA received nearly unanimous support. Defense spending is the only uncontroversial thing that the congress does. Truly preposterous and laughable that they would do anything to curtail Biden bombing brown people. My.god, Biden even scuttled the EO that would have reduced drug costs by 30% and not a peep from a single member of congress publicly.
