Infrastructure problem?

 

Could be just normal Art Degree people trained not to make a decision get to the top of the ramp and synthesize a left turn with a right turn so just keep going straight… I don’t see the problem… with the infrastructure…

Brand new shiny silver guardrail was just installed at my Exit Ramp off the Insterstate here in Atlanta. It was previously mangled as a car went at full speed up the exit ramp and into the woods.

And, now it's completely destroyed again. I don't think it's working.
