LOL this Russia chick would probably settle for home made potato soup…. dumb China trying to please foreigners with some sort of feeble attempt at foreign cuisine… they should just serve normal China food for that region ie rice and local protein in abundance …. When I traveled to China we would go native as much as possible… mostly rice and fish… sushimi… local beer.. they would have live tanks in front of the restaurants… ate really well… probably put on a few pounds.,,
