Mike it’s just like any other software….
The people who programmed this thing must have either an Art Degree or perhaps are generally uneducated.…
Or they never took any Accounting or regulatory mathematics…
I’m going to try to install this thing and see if I can get it to regurgitate differently…

ChatGPT is trained on a large dataset of published information. The programming is a just a fancy directed network graph.
It's the information that contains the garbage. ChatGPT just repeats what it has learned - like any school child.
ChatGPT had a left liberal bias when applied to political compass tests. It has been retrained to eliminate that bias.
Needs the same doing with its economics.
