As liberal media outlets continue to claim that Trump Jr. violated campaign laws by 'seeking an in-kind contribution from a foreign national in the form of opposition research', the conservative group, Foundation for Accountability & Civic Trust (FACT), is now turning that allegation on the DNC over its collusion with Ukrainian officials.
Somewhat ironically, as reports say that Paul Manafort's home was raided and numerous documents seized, The Hill reports, a watchdog group will file a complaint with the Federal Election Commission on Wednesday alleging that the Democratic National Committee (DNC) violated federal law by soliciting opposition research on the Trump campaign from a foreign government.

The conservative group Foundation for Accountability & Civic Trust (FACT), launched in 2014 by former U.S. attorney Matthew Whitaker, will allege that political operative Alexandra Chalupa, in her capacity as a DNC consultant, improperly sought intelligence on President Trump’s former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, from Ukrainian officials....

Officials say she was freelancing and not representing the DNC in her efforts to gather information on Manafort.

I was wondering how long this would take. And we still don't have the story on the Trump dossier.

This news article is significant in establishing what George Eliason has been asserting about a Ukrainian connection in the 2016 presidential election.

The article is mostly comprised of unconfirmed allegations and countercharges — he said, she said stuff.

However, it shows that there is another dimension unfolding that the neither US intelligence services nor the US media reported that appears to be relevant.

The Clinton campaign worked to sabotage Bernie and apparently Trump, too, and there seems to be a Ukrainian trace regarding the later.

However, at this point it is difficult to impossible to distinguish between assertion and fact, and allegation and evidence in the fog of politics.

In the wake of the JAR-16-20296 dated December 29, 2016, about hacking and influencing the 2016 election, the need for real evidence is clear. The joint report adds nothing substantial to the October 7th report. It relies on proofs provided by the cyber-security firm Crowdstrike that is clearly not on par with intelligence findings or evidence. At the top of the report is an "as is" statement showing this.

The difference between [Co-Founder and CTO of CrowdStrike Inc.] Dmitri Alperovitch's claims, which are reflected in JAR-1620296, and this article is that enough evidence is provided to warrant an investigation of specific parties for the DNC hacks. The real story involves specific anti-American actors that need to be investigated for real crimes.

Later in this article, you'll meet and know a little more about the real "Fancy Bear and Cozy Bear." The bar for identification set by has never been able to get beyond words like probably, may be, could be, or should be in their attribution.

The article is lengthy because the facts need to be in one place. The bar Dimitri Alperovitch set for identifying the hackers involved is that low. Other than asking America to trust them, how many solid facts has Alperovitch provided to back his claim of Russian involvement?

The December 29th JAR adds a flowchart that shows how a basic phishing hack is performed. It doesn't add anything substantial beyond that. Noticeably, they use both their designation APT 28 and APT 29 as well as the CrowdStrike labels of Fancy Bear and Cozy Bear separately.

This is important because information from outside intelligence agencies has the value of rumor or unsubstantiated information at best according to policy. Usable intelligence needs to be free from partisan politics and verifiable. Intel agencies noted back in the early '90s that every private actor in the information game was radically political....

Reads like a detective story. Longish but gripping. It's an argument that there was likely a criminal conspiracy involved, but not by either the Trump faction or "the Russians."

We know by now that Alexandra Chalupa was the person in charge of the Democratic National Committee’s “ethnic outreach” efforts. According to Yahoo News, she was one of the 16 people that shaped the national election in 2016. In the Yahoo story journalist Michael Isikoff described her as a normal person that shaped history.

Alexandra Chalupa has been the voice behind saying Russia illegally interfered with the election. And according to her story, she was almost hacked repeatedly while researching Paul Manafort. The Democrats say this caused the Clinton defeat. No one explained why “researching” Paul Manafort, an American, would excite Russian attention.

Strangely, every article about her neglects to mention that Chalupa and her family are not Democrats as suggested. Instead they are admitted ultra-nationalists bent on sending America to war with Russia by any means possible. And they are vocal about it.

None of the articles connect the fact that the Clinton loss is personal for the Chalupa family. At least 2 of them were going to the White House as advisors and cabinet members….
