A stark realization dawns among the Ron Paul folks on the GOP. A rant worth reading for the portent it presents. The tenor of the comments is an indication.

You tell 'em Trix!
Did anyone read the ecology papers documenting the obvious ... that instability reliably precedes systemic collapse?
Lot's of gov/mil types did. So they're arming as preparation to "suppress" any signs of instability, including anyone releasing building tension.
Maybe we should require ecology as a prerequisite for gov/mil people? Probably too late for that.

I guess they didnt have enough psycho-morons in house at Zero Hedge so they had to go outside to get some more....
This is rich: "Those of us who come from a macroeconomic background tend to have a more grounded vision of time. That is to say, we know the potential danger, and have a more profound sense of urgency than those who only approach activism through politics. We have mathematical insight, not just social or intuitive insight, into the approaching storm. "
LOL 'mathematical insight'.... You have a moron insight you psychopaths...
I though you'd like that, Matt. LOL.
If you read this excerpt I posted above IT IS INCOHERENT... that is the only way you can describe it:
Lets break it down:
"Those of us who come from a macroeconomic background tend to have a more grounded vision of time."
What the HELL does this mean????
" That is to say, "
Ok good a clarification coming...
"we know the potential danger, and have a more profound sense of urgency than those who only approach activism through politics."
What does this mean?????
"We have mathematical insight, not just social or intuitive insight, into the approaching storm. "
Whhhaaaaaaaatttttt????
I give up!
I assumed it is the hyperinflationary scenario that is about to unfold "any day now."
The Ron Paul folks are simpleton who are freaking out because their ideology is collapsing under the weight of empirical reality and their movement is fractured. They are like those early Christians who started panicking because the Second Coming kept not coming.
I'm a relatively rare hybrid individual who is influenced by a seemingly conflicting combination of MMT, Supply Side and Austrian economics. I see areas of common ground among these competing schools of thought and that is the space I want to occupy. In connection with this, I found the following video to be very thought provoking
