No 'entrepreneurship' was employed in the creation of the new system showcased in this video:




The system was requested by our warrior class; budgeted, authorized and appropriated for within our U.S. dollar system via our constitutionally defined legislative process.

Then specified, designed and constructed by executive branch entities of the state acting in concert with non-government sector provisioners.

This process can be repeated by the state for ANY public purpose deemed worthwhile, within the bounds of real constraints.
