Humans never cease to amaze. Hundreds of millions of years after the appearance of "Social" species, we keep RE-discovering the truly amazing fact that there is a RETURN on coordination?
Be still my flowing public infrastructure!
If we can turn on the water, perhaps we can keep turning on the coordination too, without any Libertarians or NeoConnivers noticing, and getting too paranoid?
If this catches on, why, some wisenhower might even suggest a national highway system!!! Or even a Coast Guard? What's next, a DoD and it's attendant host of parasites? If we don't nip this in the bud, there's no telling where this trend might lead, if we only had a functional, group-brain.
