Robert Parry — Ignoring Ukraine’s Neo-Nazi Storm Troopers

Exclusive: You might think a story about modern-day Nazi storm troopers attacking a European city without mercy would merit front-page coverage in the U.S. press, but not when the Nazi paramilitaries are fighting for the U.S.-backed Ukrainian government and are killing ethnic Russians, writes Robert Parry.
Complete with SS flag. You can't make this stuff up.

Like everyone in Russia doesn’t know this. "Explosive" is probably an understatement.

The diplomacy of the Obama admin emulates China's willingness to work and talk with anyone that furthers their own interests. It was a cornerstone of his campaign platform to abandon GWB's stubborn but principled foreign policy that spurned working or talking with anyone who disagreed about any unrelated issues. It doesn't mean that we "support nazism" or support Iran or any other barbarous regime. The United States has a pretty ugly track record of "morality" in foreign relations, human rights, and democracy. We can hardly take moral high ground 99% of the time. Everyone that works with the United States internationally takes the pragmatic view of our indiscretions.
