Good luck with mailing that cheque to all those Wall Street zillionaires. That's really going to pass the smell test with the general population.
The ones to child murderers in prison are going to be even more interesting.
The guys proposing that unelected bureaucrats in Central Banks hand out money to everybody really do need to spend some time with real people.
