Here's what I think about presidential candidate Donald Trump

Trump's all mixed up on the monetary stuff, but don't dismiss him nonetheless.

Agreed...At least Trump shoots from the hip and his unpolished candor is interesting if not always 'correct'...(maybe he too could use an MMT economist).

He has to FULLY realize govt is NOT like a firm or household...

Seems like he understands this to some point but not completely...

Is often seen as authoritative and less libertarian so that is good too...

GOP libertarian morons are going after him negatively.. good sign too....

I'm still down for Jeb but will now wait to see what The Donald comes up with...

I'd like to see him get in a big fight with the GOP libertarian morons...

Donald Trump: "Last quarter, it was just announced, our gross domestic product - a sign of strength, right? but not for us - it was below zero. Whoever heard of this? It's never below zero."

It's never below zero, Donald, because it can't be below zero! IT. IS. IMPOSSIBLE.

Forget Trump's inability to make a distinction between a national economy and that of a household. All politicians and most economists do the same thing. But Trump's economic acumen (which he claims would be an advantage in the Oval Office) is such that he informs a watching public that US GDP is below zero!

Matt, Donal Trump is an idiot. Much of his income is from real estate and FIRE, that is rent seeking.
