Like I keep saying, it's political. Then, the question on is why Greece. The answer is "reform." TPTB in the EZ are demanding that social democracy and socialism be ended in Greece. This is about politics and politics is about power, and one aspect of power is the power to extract economic rent. The rest is BS to disguise this.

There is a crisis in Greece and not the other deficit countries because the authorities have chosen for the crisis to be in Greece.
