Andréi Retinger — Russia has created a roadmap for developing the composite materials sector

Russia aims to regain its leadership in the carbon fiber sector and the production of strong, lightweight composite materials used in construction and industry.
Russia is also rebuilding its commercial aircraft sector and expanding its weapons exports. The current situation seems to have lit a fire to re-industrialize.

China is also building a massive wafer fabrication and design capability. One company alone investing 45 billion.

The West is rapidly losing the industrial and technological advantage underlying their military dominance. The window for brow beating Russia and China is closing fast. Nothing on the development horizon: Stealth, lasers, advanced sensors, radar, guidance, integration, satellites etc will be beyond their capability to mass produce in 10 years time.

Ironic that the neoliberal fetish is threatening to take over the world and at the same time permanently end Western domination.

Can someone please impose economic sanctions against the U.S. so that American manufacturing can rise from the ashes ?
