Nope, just a hypocrite. When subsidised US products, so-called trade agreements and the rest of the neoliberal madness that spews out of Washington further impoverished the world's poorest people, I bet he didn't say a word. Just like all those other "progressive" union leaders. For them, class and international solidarity barely register. Narrow self interest comes first, possibly second as it view for top spot in their hearts with the fallacious "national interest", having bought into the nationalist nonsense peddled by those who are readying these poor suckers for a neoliberal mugging. It's easy to say the stupid schmucks are getting what they deserve, but...
