The US regardless of the Administration would have already sanctioned / imposed tariffs and perhaps even bombed them if it wasn't detrimental to WS interests.Trump or for that matter Clinton, is not going to rock that boat, lest they end up bloodied in the back seat of Lincoln convertible.
