The voodoo is focusing on the tax cuts and then what you think that would do to "the deficit!"...Laffer always focuses on the tax cuts in this regard...
Wall St. is voodoo economics. > 60% is owned by the top 5%, 53% of the population owns none. It's a perfect echo of economic inequality. That's without talking about valuations in the hundreds of billions on "businesses" that have never made a penny, insider trading by congress, lobbying, tax dodges, etc., etc., etc.

I would fade Laffer every time. I remember speaking at a conference where he was also speaking. This was back in 2008 or 2009. He said the best investment is "Europe."

Uncharacteristically, Trump wasn't being completely honest when he claimed Icahn would be his treasury secretary. Who'd have thunk it?
