Deep State Begins Anti-Russia Media Blitz Ahead Of Trump-Putin Meeting
Tyler Durden
Trump officials hope the White House will allow a leading critic of Russian President Vladimir Putin to be included in the one-on-one meeting between the two leaders on Thursday. The Establishment is both furious and terrified that the Trump-Putin meeting will comprise only six people — Trump and Putin, Tillerson and Lavrov, and the two interpreters, as it should be — and they will be shut out. Trump's political advisers are also counseling to bring offsets to prevent any suspicion of "collusion" with Russia or "getting rolled by an ex-KGB thug." Really.

Best not to have too many people in the room. With two alpha males squaring off, they'll be taking turns spraying the carpets.
I can’t get anything from the Daily Beast link. I just get http://lachlan%20markay%20asawin%20suebsaeng
So who is this Kremlin critic that they want to include? Anyone know?
Tells me Trump has a pit of snakes around him in the WH.
[It’s completely inappropriate for the meeting to include more than the Heads of State and their foreign ministers. The gall of his aides.]
All my lefty friends are saying Putin is going to roll Trump...
Tops. Bad link. Fixed now

Fiona Hill
From the article:
Hill, who came to the White House from the Brookings Institution, previously served as the National Intelligence Council’s top intelligence officer for Russia and Eurasia. Her 2013 biography, Mr. Putin: Operative in the Kremlin, portrayed a corrupt and Machiavellian leader attempting to balance his various public personas in an effort to hang on to power.
Putin, has turned his skills as a former KGB officer into a unique brand of kleptocratic statecraft, wrote Hill and her co-author, Brookings’ Clifford Gaddy. The Kremlin leader installed friendly officials in high-level posts with influence over key levers of the Russian economy—and ensured they remain friendly through financial inducements and more sinister, if mostly unspoken, threats.
Nutjob.
"Tops" should oops. Autocorrect strikes again.
You made a grammatical error and omitted "be". Hey, it's Friday.
I guess I can't blame autocorrect for that.
The visual cortex may be to blame for that. When I skim text or speed read, I begin seeing words that aren't there.
