We’re living in a time of economic babble, where politicians and economists throw out words like “reform,” “privatize,” and “austerity” to prop up corrupt capitalist opportunists. So says our guest this week, economist Michael Hudson, author of J is for Junk Economics.

Michael Hudson - Cheat, Lie & Steal: Michael Hudson on the Capitalist Way
Nothing new here for most of you guys but go to 1:50 where Michael Hudson had me laughing my head off. And it is a good interview too.

"Ya can't cheat an honest man" but so far I see nothing from Progressives to indicate that they'd make the liabilities of the banks etc. TOWARD THE NON-BANK PRIVATE SECTOR to be GENUINE liabilities and not largely the SHAM they are today.
So if Progressives are not interested in making the banks, etc. to be honest businesses then who are they to complain of lying and cheating if not hypocrites?
The mainstream progressive are owned by the bankers, and others are scared of them, but only progressives, or some of them, will make that change.
Hudson is the best economist I know of even if I do misspell his name.
MRW, Kaivey is STEM trained... ie spelling doesnt matter...
Thanks.
L.O.V.E. Hudson.
So do I.
Matt, most STEM people I KNOW are best spellers ever.
His first name is spelled H U C K L E B E R R Y. :-)
Right that is why they invented spell-check...
btw in this blogger app, it doesnt recognize that 'Micheal' is a mis-spelling...
It was a mistype, not a misspelling.
