I have to put the links out with the videos, because I can't see the videos on my phone, and I found out the other day this is happening to other people as well. I can see the videos on my Android tablet and my Windows PC. All the videos I put out before Google upgraded Blogger I can still see, but not the ones after. I hope they sort it eventually.

Peter Pan has it right -- there is the external constraint, in terms of sufficient access to foreign capital to buy drugs, for instance, but it is always so disappointing to have progressive guys like this without a clue about the financial capacity of developing nations. He is totally correct about the effects of Western colonialism, past and present, however.
