Pompeo said on Saturday, the D-Day anniversary, that China’s actions regarding the city are reminiscent of the Third Reich’s occupation of Europe during WW2.Hu Xijin replied on Twitter: “You are inciting radical hostility and ripping the world apart. You aren't like a top diplomat, instead, you talk like Goebbels of Nazi Germany. I’m worried that the world peace will eventually be destroyed by extreme politicians like you.”

Actually an awful lot of people have similarities to Goebbles. First, Goebbles (and Hitler) made the excellent point that to get an idea across, the best thing to do is just repeat it ad nausiam. There's no point in using logic, facts or reason: no one is interested in that.
I.e. Trump is quite right to repeat the phrase "Make America Great Again" like a demented parrot.
Second, Goebbles made the equally good point that you should always accuse the other side of that of which you yourself are most guilty. That's why the various fascist organisations which call themselves "anti fascist" are doing exactly the right thing.
