This is what happens when a country has an Interior Ministry. The US had assiduously avoided following other countries in this respect until 9/11, when all caution was thrown to the wind and the Constitution and Bill of Rights effectively suspended to meet a national emergency with an unending commitment. Once a repressive regime is put in place, it is very difficult to remove. But Occupy is committed to removing it.
BTW, where are the LIbertarians? They seem to be AWOL when actual liberty is involved.

YOU Should also note that Justice Scalgia who is soooooooo libertarian because he votes against police using infrared detection equipment to find pot growers in affluent neighborhoods but where is he wrt to OWS crackdown ?
