Just got this from his producer. They invited me to debate Santelli on the subject of floating rate notes. Working out the details now. Looks like 11:30am EDT.

Can you remind them that they already have 'floating rate notes'.
It's called 'Interest on Reserves' - because the dollar is a perpetual floating rate note.
