Alyssa Figueroa — Gun Enthusiast Kills 17-Year-Old for Playing Loud Music; Lawyer Says He Acted "Very Responsibly"
We'll have to see how the facts come out on investigation, but on this report, it is way over the top. This seems to be even more flagrant agression on the part of the shooter than the Trayvon Martin case. The "Stand Your Ground" laws are nutty. Florida is another state to cross off the list to visit. I guess they don't realize they they are a tourist state yet.

Hopelessly misleading article, although it's "Alternet" so I'm not surprised.
Florida has become a nasty environment for any low-income citizen, but it relies on them to serve it's tourist, restaurant and agricultural industries.
Possession of (1) marijuana plant is a class A felony if convicted. Florida drug-tests it's welfare recipients, even though they test positive at a lower rate than the general population. Florida has a Lex Luthor clone as it's Governor.
Lived here my whole life, great weather and clean air but lots of shitty people (and I don't mean the poor or brown
people). Nasty, self-centered ignorant f**kers.
Did I mention we have great weather and bookoodles of old farts that want to cut government spending? The same spending that keeps Florida from going broke?
It's enough to make a grown man cry.
