This is the first time I have seen NATO explicitly linked with Kiev and the UAF in conducting military operations against eastern Ukraine.

This is bound to put domestic political pressure on the Russian leadership (Putin) to come to the aid of their cultural and biological kin in eastern Ukraine, and it is likely designed for that purpose.

Minsk 2 is moribund if not already dead.
