I am not sure that "slide" is the correct word. I would call it more a push than a slide.

If I was American I might have voted for Trump as Hilary terrified me. The warmongering liberals are like some insane invention from Sci-fi horror movies. But voting for Trump seems to have made no difference, the same old Deep State got back in.
