Top French Intel Boss Reveals Operation Beluga: US-UK Plot to Discredit Putin and Destabilize Russia
Renowned French security expert Paul Barril discloses the existence of Operation Beluga, a covert Western intelligence scheme intended to undermine Russia and its leaders.
Key Words: Bill Browder, France, Russia, Trump
I have some new facebook friends who are posting lots of interesting stuff. Well, it's sort of interesting, more worrying. So why so I bother, because I believe in my own small way that I might be able to help stop all some of this?
I send it all to PCR as well and I often ask him does he find out depressing too. But I don't want the spooks to get away with it, so I stick at out.
Like We've been saying all along, with people like Noam Chomsky.
David Barsamian:What do you make of the conflict between the Trump administration and the US intelligence communities? Do you believe in the “deep state”?
Noam Chomsky: There is a national-security bureaucracy that has persisted since World War II. And national-security analysts, in and out of government, have been appalled by many of Trump’s wild forays. Their concerns are shared by the highly credible experts who set the Doomsday Clock, advanced to two and a half minutes to midnight as soon as Trump took office—the closest it has been to terminal disaster since 1953, when the US and USSR exploded thermonuclear weapons. But I see little sign that it goes beyond that, that there is any secret “deep state” conspiracy.
Chomsky is sensitive to being identified as a conspiracy theorist, one of the favorite ways of marginalizing dissent.
TPTB are doing their best to equate use of the term "deep state" with conspiracy theory, so Chomsky avoids using it specifically, although that is what he has been talking about for years.
Conversely, "military-industrial complex" is OK since it is a term coined by President Eisenhower.
The extended "deep state" is equatable with the military-intelligence-industrial-financial-governmental complex.
On a more limited scale is is the senior intel and senior administrative bureaucracy.
The function of a deep state is to preserve continuity across political administrations, to manage the narrative, and to suppress dissent and deviation from it.
I'm a liberal - well, sort of as I don't identity with liberals anymore - so I tend to think things through which means I'm not prone to conspiracy theories especially as most are nuts. But when I saw footage of building 7 collapsing into its own footprint I began to wonder, especially as for years I only thought two buildings had fallen down. I now wonder why didn't the media also give building 7 the same coverage? This got me thinking.
Then I watched the Conspiracy of Silence, about the Franklin Scandal which was made by Yorkshire TV but was banned on a court case and they had to hand all copies of the documentary over to be destroyed. Anyway, a copy of the film surfaced on the internet and it was pretty convincing that there was a conspiracy.
Then I watched a film about Frank Oslen, a doctor who worked for the CIA. After working with animals they sent him to Germany where he witnessed someone being tortured to death and when he went back to the US he was a changed man and the CIA murdered him incase be spoke about what he had seen. I believed the documentary.
After that I began to believe that there are some pretty dark forces in the Western intelligence services. Gilad Atzmon and his family are worried that he is on the Mossad hit list.

Here it is from an intel insider.
He leaves no doubts.
Thanks for posting.
For some it is about the money, for others it is about the prosecution of the on-going Cold War that never was interrupted, and for some it is both.

Chomsky doesn't like the term "deep state." But his analysis is consistent with those that use "deep state."

Chomsky is a gatekeeper. He describes what the deep state does but he won't admit who they are.
