Never heard that. I would of course then wonder if those are vacuum bombs/munitions? I can't find an audio to help with my guess.

The Russian forces have the Ukrainian military in cauldrons now and are "reducing" them methodically. There are a total of about 60,000 in those cauldrons and they either choose to surrender or be annihilated. The slow-going until now was to reduce civilian casualties until this point.

I don't know if TOS-1A are being used in this instance, but they are there as the article shows. hoosnose asked about thermobarics so I put up this reference. These munitions are similar to US Hellfire missiles, which are thermobaric, but they are guided, whereas a TOS-1! volley is designed to take out a whole area. Russia no doubt has weapons similar to the Hellfire, too, and they could have been used for more precision in attacking enemies within a city. The TOS-1A is field artillery, for which the Russian military is well-known.
