Found it...

The ECB data I was looking for it is called - Template on international reserves and foreign currency liquidity.

Release dates 15th of every month on the ECB website.

https://www.ecb.europa.eu

And

The last Friday of the month in the US called - International Summary Statistics

5th row foreign currencies. On the FED website.

https://www.federalreserve.gov

That's the real data that makes up the foreign exchange reserves graphs on trading economics. For the US and Euro area.

Now I have the data release dates I can now watch to see if the EUR/ USD and the $ follows the real data immediately or not react straight away.

The "not react straight away" is what I am looking for.

Been on this beach every day for the last few weeks. 20 yards from the Hotel.

Simply wonderful. Not a care in the world with all the madness going on elsewhere. Going to be very difficult returning to the UK after the rest.

Will keep you posted if anything interesting develops with the real data. If I can be bothered to move back into a vertical position again that is. Staying Horizontal with plenty of beautiful head space works just fine for me. Along with buckets of ice cold beer is so good for the soul man.

War and colonialism and vital trade routes

Plenty of history in these 2 places just replace the names of the players and it ain't changed that much in hundreds of years.

The British tried to make Mahon the capital for its 6km sheltered harbour

The Spanish tried to make Citadella the capital.

And the moors wanted both for themselves and the French. After a wee trip to the museum the Romans introduced coins when they owned the place - MMT 101.

How the Romans got the Meorcans to work for them after introducing a tax. Long before " that" guy was born in a stable to a virgin. The 3 wise men turned up offering gifts because they followed a star in the sky lol.

The Moors just captured them and sent them back as slaves. The British, French and Spanish used currency to enslave them exactly like the Romans before them.

2 beautiful small cities I'd live in either one of them. Mainly citadella and with the whole island having a population of 90k. Plenty of room and relaxation for everybody.

Every museum I have visited in over 100 countries tells the same story.

Countries spent hundreds of years trying to get independence. The sacrifices and losses and suffering they endured was incredible.

Most of them simply gave it all away and everything their ancestors fought for when they joined the EU.

All that suffering and war over centuries for nothing. Ignorant enough to believe they are independent and finally at peace.

With governor 's now sent out from Brussels to run the place instead of from Paris, London and Rome or the moors out of Africa.
