Alex Tabarro — LBRY Saves 20,000 Courses from the ADA

Those free online course materials may be gone from the University of California, Berkeley, courtesy of a U.S. Deparment of Justice interpretation of the Americans with Disabilities Act and related statutes, but they’re not gone from the Internet: “20,000 Worldclass University Lectures Made Illegal, So We Irrevocably Mirrored Them” [LBRY] Won’t that infringe on a lot of copyrights? The site claims not: “The vast majority of the lectures are licensed under a Creative Commons license that allows attributed, non-commercial redistribution.” Earlier coverage here, here, here, and here.
As someone put it, it looks as if the internet recognizes ADA litigation as damage and routes around it.

Understanding the Daily Treasury Statement course is tomorrow. Still time to sign up!

day trading courses

I will be giving another, Understanding the Daily Treasury Statement course tomorrow. I highly recommend this course if you want some real insight into the humongous flows between the Federal Gov't and the economy.

These flows generate amazingly actionable trading and investing signals. We are literally talking about billions or hundreds of billions flowing between the Treasury and the banking system each day.

In addition these data give you amazing perspective on current news and policy topics like Social Security and entitlements, taxes, jobs, spending for military, war, food stamps and social supports and how so many--ALL--of these things are mired in ideology and dogma and don't reflect the truth.

The course is taught online. It will be from 10am - 4pm EDT. The entire course is recorded so you can review it at your leisure. Here's what a student said about my last course:

"Every business school, financial newspaper and media outlet ought to make this a required course."

Course fee is $225.

Students of my Daily Treasury Statement class scored in the currency market on Friday!

The Daily Treasury Statement forecast the stronger than expected jobs report last Friday. Students in my course were long the dollar going into that report. They scored big.

The Daily Treasury Statement contains the most up to date, relevant information that can affect the economy and the markets.

Do you think you can make money when you know that billions or tens of billions or even hundreds of billions are going to be moving in an out of the economy on any given day? You better believe you can.

When I was a floor trader we used to do everything we could to find out where the big orders were because money moves the markets and the biggest PLAYER with the biggest MONEY is the U.S. government.

Learn how to use this valuable data. Whether you trade or invest in stocks, bonds, commodities, gold or, Forex or whether you simply want to get a handle on the economy and where it's going, this course and the vital information in the Daily Treasury Statement will give you an incredible edge.

Next Daily Treasury Statement course is Saturday, March 28. Enroll today!
