Ya think? That's why banking cartels constrain credit in the first place!!! To arrange loans, denominated in foreign currencies, to benefit investors in foreign countries. May not be rocket science, but it's quite obvious Racket Science.  Just follow the recorded communications of bank lobbies, from 1776 to 1860 to 1933 to the Rubinesque misinformation of today.

Have even CBs and the BIS become blind to their own Control Frauds? Doesn't matter if the self fraud is innocent or malicious. Is maladaptive institutional momentum out of control?

These agreements don't really have anything to do with currency?

They always involve preserving preferred access to select goods for preferred classes of people ... at the net expense of the country (or organization) being looted?  That's called Control Fraud.  Claiming systemic ignorance is little consolation, since that only means we're being controlled by our own ignorance, instead of accelerating our Adaptive Rate, and controlling ourselves via constant growth of group intelligence.

Class war always reduces to net looting, by failing to utilize, organize and grow the net capabilities of a nation?  Fiat currency operations perverted to fiat looting?  Discarding useful operations is not the solution.  Minimizing their misuse for looting is our goal.  Regulate the net self-fraud by reducing the frequency of inadequate Situational Awareness, and getting systemic ignorance within survival tolerance limits.

Given Walter Shewhart's maxim:

"For any complex system, the highest cost, by far, is the cost of coordination," 

the immediate and dead obvious corollary is that

"for any complex system, the highest return, by far, is the return on coordination,"

Personal looting, while directing co-citizens to forgo the insanely great return on coordination is always both the highest and most common form of Treason. Nevertheless, we brush it off as White Collar fraud, and accept the advice of the perpetrating Traitors that "we can't afford to prosecute" the highest and most common forms of treasonous fraud, whether due to ignorant innocence or not. In no other case do we accept ignorance as an excuse for the law. Self-ignorance isn't either. The highest laws are those of personal, family group and national survival. In any social species, including us, it's self-fraud and outright treason to long term survival to forgo the return on coordination. Ignorance is no excuse. Wilfull efforts to remain ignorant, or to impede Situational Awareness of your compatriots, is worse - it's still Treason, innocent or not.  There's always a better way, and not just better, insanely better.   Why bother defrauding ourselves?  It's actually far easier to allow ourselves to grow faster.

Why not simply continously improve the net quality, including tempo, of distributed decision-making?
