Spaniards Lose Patience With Rotten [Policy] Institutions
Guess that's understandable. So how long does it take various electorates to recognize what's eventually obvious?

No one wants to have to know about everyone else's job ... all we want are guarantees that everyone's doing their job properly. Yet even then, you have to LOOK in order to even see if you can see!
That's one lesson about all network, systems, or biology theories. Exactly how little data, of exactly what sort, must be exchanged how widely, and how quickly, to allow increasingly sophisticated systems to preserve adequate self-regulation?
It's a trial and error art, but people don't learn even from trial and error if they don't bother to constantly re-sample, tabulate and re-discuss the changing data and their changing contexts. The nature, amount and extent of what you have to know naturally ebbs and flows with circumstance. Luddite's hate this, and typically call it "funny data," or - even worse - "change," regardless of it's form. Nevertheless, changing data is inescapable, no matter how many Luddites never learn how to surf.
There's no free lunch, especially if you don't read and consider enough available menus (or the prices).
