Bernie Sanders | The Young Turks Interview (FULL)

Below Bernie Sanders is interviewed by Cenk Uygur of The Young Turks. Cenk was a Republican but switched to the Democrats when he realised how crazy they were. In my opinion Bernie beats all the other candidates by miles and you can see that Cenk really likes him. But do you know what, even Stephen Lendman , who supports Jill Stein of the Green Party, thinks that Trump is thousands of times better than Hilary, who he describes as pure evil, which she is.  But I agree with Stephen Lendman when he says that Trump will be different in style and not substance if he gets elected as the over class won't give him much leeway, although Trump is a very strong minded guy, so we will have to wait and see.

Bernie is not getting enough news coverage and here he gets a chance to talk. He also describes how the media conduct interviews in ways so that he can't get the important issues out, like climate change. There is blatant right wing manipulation by the corporate owned media, in this way people can't make an informed choice and so there is no real democracy.

Media organizations have a difficult job, they aren't supposed to broadcast quackery but candidates ideology like Trump's unwillingness to fit within the Dem/Plub framing is 'rebelious' until he is the PTB and then what does he mock? Or Clinton's terrorist threats everywhere and all-trade-is-good and deficits are ultimately bad framing of issues without getting the irony of the interconnectedness of the issues or Sanders important 'climate change' opinions that are merely ignored because of a vast right wing conspiracy -- ALL are imaginary constructs that their respective bases believe, largely without good reason until they get elected and make institutions, rules and laws that ultimately blend threads of reality consistent with their ideology to reinforce their belief in the ideology despite all the inconsistencies they chose to ignore.
Everyone is so full of crap, our only hope is that everyone works together to help people past their destructive fears and behaviors that are the basis for most of the ideology that ignores a more objective reality. I can't imagine having any of these people as leaders of a country when all their ideologies are terribly destructive and would be unnecessarily harmful to wide swaths of population.

The leading candidate for US president from Republican party, Donald Trump hired investment banker Carter Page, who worked with investments in the oil and gas industry, as his foreign policy adviser. Before he created his own investment fund Global Energy Capital, Page worked at Merrill Lynch, was a consultant of the Russian state monopolist "Gazprom" and spent three years in Moscow.

On the pages of Global Policy Paige fumed about the "false philosophy and draconian tactics" of NATO, explained the actions of the authorities of Russia, Iran and China as a "response" to the "humiliating treatment" by the United States and accused the West of creating "economic disaster in Russia and Ukraine", stated that the revolution in Kiev was staged by Victoria Nuland, and so on in the same spirit.

A Russian expert from the Hudson Institute Hannah Tobam says that Paige's many public statements about Russia and Ukraine sound "as if taken directly from Russia Today".
