"beyond belief" Murdered DNC Staffer Seth Rich Shared 44,053 Democrat Emails With WikiLeaks: Report

I'm going to have some fun at the Guardian if this turns out to be true. It will great to see the whole liberal media implode. Now we know who puts out the fake news. (Thanks, MRW).

For the past several months, Democrats have based their "Resist 45" movement on unsubstantiated assertions that the Trump campaign coordinated with Russian intelligence officials to undermine the 2016 Presidential Election thereby 'stealing' the White House from Hillary Clinton.  Day after day we've all suffered through one anonymously sourced, "shock" story after another from the New York Times and/or The Washington Post with new allegations of the 'wrongdoing'.
But, new evidence surfacing in the Seth Rich murder investigation may just quash the "Russian hacking" conspiracy theory.  According to a new report from Fox News, it was former DNC staffer Seth Rich who supplied 44,000 DNC emails to WikiLeaks and not some random Russian cyber terrorist, as we've all been led to believe.
According to Fox News, though admittedly via yet another anonymous FBI source, Rich made contact with WikiLeaks through Gavin MacFadyen, an American investigative reporter and director of WikiLeaks who was living in London at the time.  According to Fox News sources, federal law enforcement investigators found 44,053 emails and 17,761 attachments sent between DNC leaders from January 2015 to May 2016 that Rich shared with WikiLeaks before he was gunned down on July 10, 2016.

Spin city. Makes his murder all the more suspicious.

Still no evidence that Russia hacked anyone. Except for the three "unnamed intelligence officials" who cited "confidential documents".

Guess what? They are blaming the murder on the Russians. They were bound to pull that one.

EXCLUSIVE: Republican lobbyist says he has 'evidence' that 27-year-old DNC analyst Seth Rich was murdered after discovering Russian operatives had hacked the DNC and has asked Congress for investigation

We knew this was going to be a reality show, but I didn't expect to see the US melt down so quickly.

Where this show leads is anyone's guess.

Seth may well be the leaker, or one of the leakers, but there is no evidence (yet) to support the Fox news story.

If Seth was the leaker or one of the leakers, it's still possible that his murder was unrelated. DC does have a lot of street crime.

So I'm keeping an open mind.

My question is, if Seth was a leaker, why won't Wikileaks say so, instead of teasing us with the reward offer for Seth's murder?

1) the leaker may not have revealed his true identity to Wikileaks. That would not be unusual in the spy business.
2) Wikileaks may be holding back damning information as an "insurance policy."
3) there was more than one DNC leaker and going public on Seth might endanger the other leaker.
4) Wikileaks knows that Seth was not the leaker but is maliciously stirring the pot to spite Hillary.

I can't rule out #4 but it would be out of character with Wikileaks' work to date.

Unless Wikileaks speaks up, we may never know the real story.

So the guy is murdered 6 months before the election and exactly how does this mean the Russian hackers story is "fake"? It could still be true that Russia had an influence on our election and that a DNC guy leaked emails to Wikileaks. More importantly it is still possible that Trump has ties to Russia which might be cause for concern and the DNC planted emails with wikileaks.

WikiLeaks will never reveal sources. To do so would have the same effect as the US prosecution of whistleblowers.

Wiki leaks never dumps data, they work very hard to verify it and don't publish anything questionable that could taint their brand.

As for the "real" story on Seth Rich, add it to the list of things we will never know. Michael Hastings, Michael Connell, etc., etc.
