Nat Parry — Dems Still Blaming Others for Trump

Failed Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton suggests she would have gone to war in Syria by now, but Democrats still can’t grasp why some “peace” voters defected to third parties, as Nat Parry explains.
Democrat = loser. Go away until you get your party together.
This growing support for third parties reflects longstanding public-opinion trends in which Americans appear to be clamoring for alternatives, as shown in polling last year, and may stem from the fact that large numbers of Americans find that the two major parties do not represent their interests.
Indeed, in the same poll that found growing support for Stein and Johnson, 62 percent of voters said that the Republican Party is out of touch with Americans, and 67 percent said Democrats were out of touch.
If many Democrats have their way though, these disaffected voters would have no other options outside of the two-party system.
It's a problem with the elite, not only in the US but throughout the West. And they wonder why the liberal order is in jeopardy. "The little people" are tired of bourgeois liberalism.

Has Zuckerberg filed yet?

He rejected religion but now finds religion important.
He is visiting the midwest workers.
He is a "self-made" billionaire.
He doesn't talk in funny salesmen phrases.
He went to Harvard.
He embraces diversity in words.
He stole and commercialized ideas through capture of commons and others stupidity.

He is the pinnacle, archetype of an Ayn Rand Neoliberal.
The Democrats need him to run. He represents their best case vision.

Hillary and Chelsea didn't hold the appeal.

Theater, designed to make it look as if we actually have a voice in government, played by people who want a bigger role and the benefits that come with it.

Meanwhile BO, the indefatigable champion of everyman, is cashing in with $400k speeches to the Wall St. crooks he protected and 8-figure book deals.

You'd think after inking a $65M (give or take) he didn't need to suck up to WS anymore. But I guess if you're going to go all out enjoying every last minute of your life, then every dollar counts :)

I think it's fair to say that even though Trump is no WS banker, he still is one of the most successful crooks in modern U.S. history. (No?) And that is what I could not understand (notwithstanding that he lost the pop. vote by nearly 3M)-- how could Americans vote for that abomination of a human being. Yeah, HC was awful, but --

Pretty much. I'm almost done listening to David Cay Johnston's audiobook on the guy. It goes into the past 50 years of his scams, racketeering, associations with Roy Cohn and Felix Sater, and way more. The biggest takeaway I got from the book was how even his father and grandfather were just as crooked as Chump can be, so the corruption and lying does run in the family unsurprisingly, which is why you also have people like Crocodile Tears Ivanka in the family. A friend of mine even said the guy suffers from a mass case of the Dunning-Krueger effect and also tried to give him a chance, but couldn't take the blatant stupidity either and misses Obama. I really do think he's one of the worst presidential candidates of all time in the US.

I told him I thought Obama was a nice guy with a decent family, and clueless on many things but shared much of the same sentiments, but at the same time, the taking $400k from Wall Street part is sadly a dip in the bucket compared to the BS going on in his administration, and I agree he shouldn't be sucking up to WS. He had a lot of missed opportunities to really stick it to them, but he didn't do it.

In other words, to sum up another friend of mine, while people were worrying about HC going to war with Syria and all this stuff, he simply asked "what is Trump?" That one question and his ties to idiots like Robert Kiyosaki is all you need to know about the guy to really figure out what he's gonna do.

Really, I think the 2016 election itself is one of the worst in US history as well. It was all screwed from the start and ended up in ruins. The American people didn't have many options when at the voting booth between a blatant crook and a Wall Street stooge like HC.

Their "unity" tour is a sad spectacle.

If Bernie were to jump to a third party, the Dems would hemorrhage supporters.

I think the Consortium News people made a mistake in the caption to Bill Maher's photo.

They wrote "Comedian Bill Maher". That's not quite correct. "Fucking filthy clown Bill Maher, HRC's lapdog" would have been more accurate.

Just sayin'

Ecclesiastes 5:10: He who loves money will not be satisfied with money, nor he who loves abundance with its income. This too is vanity.

Otoh:

Proverbs 3:13-18 New American Standard Bible (NASB):

How blessed is the man who finds wisdom
And the man who gains understanding.
For her profit is better than the profit of silver
And her gain better than fine gold.
She is more precious than jewels;
And nothing you desire compares with her.
Long life is in her right hand;
In her left hand are riches and honor.
Her ways are pleasant ways
And all her paths are peace.
She is a tree of life to those who take hold of her,
And happy are all who hold her fast.
