“ Every citizen will make his particular contribution to the activities of the community according to his capacity, his talent and his age; it is on this basis that his duties will be determined,”

And where does this leave diversity?

As usual per the MMT Gang, the conflation of work (GOOD) with being a wage-slave, which may or may not be justice.

But the MMT Gang is not interested in justice otherwise they'd be for de-privileging the usury cartel, the root cause of so much injustice.

"Free riders"?

That surely includes the government-privileged usury cartel - especially since "Heads they win; tails the public loses."

Besides, you can't steal the public's farms, businesses and livelihoods and then accuse them of being "free riders."

Instead, they are victims of injustice who deserve restitution, not hypocritical moralizing by bankers and their toadies.

Ask a Patreon subscriber, and they'll explain what free riders are about. Mind you, theirs is a gift economy.

"Free riders" is a ludicrous accusation from bankers and their toadies, like Tom and Neil.

Running the payments system and fiscal agency (bankers) is not free riding... they are performing a useful service...

Running the payments system Franko

Tell that to the millions of citizens who have had to wait weeks or MONTHS for a simple $1200 check from their government.

and fiscal agency (bankers) is not free riding... they are performing a useful service... Franko

If you call extending the PUBLIC'S credit but for the private gain of themselves and the so-called "credit worthy" a "useful service." I call it theft and destabilizing too.

Also, the current system is an obsolete relic of the corrupt Gold Standard when fiat was to expensive for everyone to use much.

So you're supporting obsolete as well as unjust?
