Tom Boggioni — Intelligence Expert: Trump's Choice of Putin Buddy to Head State Adds to His White House 'Kremlin Cabal'

Appearing on MSNBC, intelligence expert Malcolm Nance questioned the choice of the Exxon CEO.
Glenn Greenwald already nailed Nance about posting fake news (lies) about the Podesta email dump in A Clinton Fan Manufactured Fake News That MSNBC Personalities Spread to Discredit WikiLeaks Docs.
The most damaging such claim came from MSNBC’s intelligence analyst Malcolm Nance. As I documented on October 11, he tweeted what he — for some bizarre reason — labeled an “Official Warning.” It decreed: “#PodestaEmails are already proving to be riddled with obvious forgeries & #blackpropaganda not even professionally done.” That tweet was re-tweeted by more than 4,000 people. It was vested with added credibility by Clinton-supporting journalists like Reid and Frum (“expert to take seriously”).
All of that, in turn, led to an article in something called the “Daily News Bin” with the headline: “MSNBC intelligence expert: WikiLeaks is releasing falsified emails not really from Hillary Clinton.” This classic fake news product — citing Nance and Reid among others — was shared more than 40,000 times on Facebook alone.
The Clinton camp is trying to either take down Trump or at leasts neuter him. This is going beyond ugly into the danger zone.

They could also just be trying to legally discredit the wikileaks documents...

All potential defendants have lawyered up and dropped off the grid...

I dont see how a plaintiff could seek discovery without using the wikileaks documents as evidence... if the court wont allow the wikileaks documents in, what would a plaintiff have to go on?

Its probably in the FISA/Patriot Act rules or something...

its like the cops obtaining evidence without a search warrant... usually not admissible as evidence...

If the RNC could cite the wikileaks, they could probably sue the DNC and probably CNN/Brazille as employee of CNN for breach of contract on the CNN debate and get everything in discovery from both sides... ie ALL emails/correspondence... maybe the other networks too if the wikileaks has them involved in a breach of contract...

Would be at least a civil matter idk about perhaps criminal as a Federal Election was involved... Have to see if Trump will pursue it...

Get the wikileaks thrown out and maybe no discovery granted.... need a qualified lawyer...

Hillary is not out of the woods yet either. There could be "new information" that results in the appointment of a special prosecutor with broad powers to investigate her.
