RT - ‘Land of censorship & home of the fake’: Alternative voices on Facebook and Twitter’s crackdown

They're scared of us getting the truth out. If the MSM just puts out is propaganda it easy to bunk. Through the internet we can share the truth and enlighten others, but they want to stop this.  Billions of people have no idea what's going on.

Alternative voices online are incensed after Facebook and Twitter closed down hundreds of political media pages ahead of November's crucial midterm elections. Facebook says they broke its spam rules, they say it’s censorship.
Some 800 pages spanning the political spectrum, from left-leaning organizations like The Anti Media, to flag-waving opinion sites like Right Wing News and Nation in Distress, were shut down. Other pages banned include those belonging to police brutality watchdog groups Filming Cops and Policing the Police. Even RT America’s Rachel Blevins found her own page banned for posts that were allegedly “misleading users.”

Most of those 800 Facebook accounts were simultaneously purged from Twitter.

“If you don't support free speech for even your most ardent adversaries, you don't support free speech.” ~ Paul Joseph Watson.

For Facebook and Twitter, any questioning of government lies and disinformation is “disinformation.” Any questioning of neoliberal and pro-war narratives is "inauthentic behavior.”

By the way, is it just me, or does that Zuckerberg creep seem to you like a robot or plastic humanoid?

Facebook said in a blog post that it is working hard to root out pages, groups and accounts “created to stir up political debate.”

Debate is evil. We must have “democracy” – i.e. mass conformity and obedience.

Anyone on Facebook and Twitter should move to a different platform. If an account has thousands of followers, it can tell users where it moved to.

No Facebook / Twitter account is safe. Anyone who stays on Facebook / Twitter has only himself to blame.

I put a lot off politics or on fb a little while back but then I stopped as no one seemed to take any interest and I felt fb were learning too much about me. As I'm radical I thought it might be dangerous. But am I radical, I'm just anti war, that's all, and I know how the elites lie to us? I think that I'm a centrist as I believe in public provision and free markets, a bit of both, but that makes me dangerous to the lying, greedy, selfish, brutal elite.

The government’s next step is to start building a “no surf” list like the no-fly list.

People on the “no surf” list will be banned from accessing the Internet. And, like the “no fly” list, once you’re on the “no surf” list, you will find it almost impossible to get off the list.

Laws will be passed that forbid ISPs from selling service to Americans espousing political ideas that the government considers racist, homophobic, misogynistic, transphobic, anti-Semitic, etc. And forbid ISPs from selling service to people who question neoliberalism and the military-industrial-surveillance complex.

Such things seem too absurd to ever happen. That's why the government gets away with them.
