It seems to me that this might be better than a public endorsement for Trump.
My liberal friends ( which are basically everyone I know) are in total agreement with The Economist and CFR. Grrrr....
Trumps fans may gather around him if he is hassled, much the same way that has been done at his rallies. Encircling a heckler and shouting "Trump, Trump, Trump!" Until security removes the heckler. If working class get wind of moves against him they will vote in droves a la SC and Nevada.
Obama administration policies have spawned widespread discontent among working and middle class segments as their incomes stagnate, while wealth aggregates with the 1%. This has fueled the rise of Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders, supporters of which are both anti-establishment and very angry.
