But the US never tries to compromise any foreign computer systems. We didn't plant STUXNET or tap Angela Merkel's phone or cause Russian security services Togo back to typewriters because of persistent hacking. In fact the US is the largest infiltrator and hacker of global information networks and has been since WWII. The US placed remote underwater taps on communications cables all around the Soviet Union in the 1970's. While that is the official acknowledgment it probably happened long before that.

And of course the US has never interfered in any other nation's elections ...
