We'll see... if he starts the wall as a Defense Dept initiative then probably a correct assessment...

Alternatively, Matt should stop taking whatever it is that's causing the surreal hallucinations of a Machiavellian genius puppet master pulling the strings while a baffled and obviously comparatively brainless population are given the distinct impression of a mad clown fumbling around like a neanderthal transported to the modern world. But ha! the joke's on them...and the most sublime genius in history will leave them all gasping at his brilliant audacity at the final curtain. And then the poor patient, who has inadvisedly been given access to a computer, wakes up in a psychiatric clinic and the shrinks decide to keep the worst case of psychosis in recorded history in for another year of treatment...
It has all the makings for another good short science fiction story.
