Rob Paul - Bolton: We're Taking Venezuela's Oil

I can't get my head around Ron Paul as he should be a socialist. He's very emphatic. A friend of his died a little while back when he needn't have because he didn't have sufficient medical insurance, but Ron Paul wouldn't change his mind about private healthcare.

John Bolton says the U.S is going to save the Venezuelan people but the U.S. isn't going to pay for it, so they will seize the oil fields. He says Americans and the Venezuelan people will do well out of it, but Ron Paul hopes they won't fall for that one.

Yesterday, Trump's National Security Advisor John Bolton made the US position clear in a FoxNews interview: Washington will overthrow the Venezuelan government and take its oil for the benefit of US companies. This is "regime change" on steroids!

Toadies for the greedy insurance giants claim that Single Payer means the end of private health care.

Ron Paul bought this lie.

Single Payer Healthcare, or Universal Medicare, does not means nationalized health care. It means nationalized health insurance.

With Single Payer, health care would remain privately owned and operated, but the US government would pay for it.

It seems to me that the regime change operation in Venezuela is not being run by the Pentagon, but by the US State Department, with input from the CIA, IMF, and US Treasury.

Trump is not running the show. Trump is not running anything except the phone he uses to send out public Tweets.

Recall that in March 2018 the money powers ordered Trump to dismiss Rex Tillerson as US Secretary of State, and replace Tillerson with CIA head Mike Pompeo. Trump obeyed, but Trump squawked when Pompeo wanted Elliot Abrams as his deputy, since Abrams was a neocon never-Trumper. Pompeo backed down. Now with the Venezuela thing, Pompeo has appointed Abrams as his deputy, whether Trump likes it or not.

Venezuela is by no means a done deal. They’re been through a US-sponsored coup attempt in April 2002. We’ll have to see how this attempt goes.

Ron Paul doesn't believe in the initiation of violence. Socialism is BASED upon the initiation of endless violence as is MMT. Also, Ron Paul has bottomless empathy as do I, especially for the endless victims of Socialism. Socialists scoff at the 100 million slaughtered by Socialists in the 20th Century. Socialists have no empathy whatsoever for the victims of the Maduro National Socialist horror that is Venezuela and which would still be the case without U.S. harassment.

I've decided that it requires a deep and profound lack of empathy to be an MMTer. There is no other explanation.

Ron Paul is genuine. The world is complex.

Roddis is feeling lonely again, and he is soiling his bed to get attention.

Someone please change his sheets and his diapers, and give him a lollypop.

Funny (in a truly sad way) how Roddis has "bottomless empathy" for the victims of socialism but none for the victims of capitalism - those who are denied the basic necessities of life in order to serve profit, and thus are the victims of economic violence.

Roddis fails to see this fundamental, blatantly obvious and completely fatal contradiction of his beliefs. I'm not sure how the mental condition would be clinically diagnosed but the behavior is clearly sociopathic.

Kaivey, don't confuse Ron Paul with anything other than blatant self-interest, the hallmark of libertarianism. Wikipedia has a good page of criticism on it.

There are no victims of a meticulously employed non-aggression principle. I have endless empathy for the victims of rich people and companies that violate the non-aggression principle (NAP). Libertarians are and have been for 45 years very METICULOUS in attacking corporations that violate the NAP, every single time.

I know you people won't read this due to your white knuckle fear of the truth, but please read Roy Childs' 13 page article on the Iran situation, the Shah and Khomeini from Libertarian Review, February, 1980, after the hostages were taken, but a year before their release. This is standard Rothbardian/Ron Paul analysis over the decades. Statements to the contrary are just LIES.

Hysterical and dishonest hissy fits by "Konrad" and "Noah Way" are not arguments.

Konrad, I knew that your neurotic fear of the truth and serious lack of mental capacity would preclude you from reading that article.

Roddis and his libertarian thieves would practice empathy and non-aggression by denying all compassionate services including Medicare and social security. Despite the fact that they are necesssru because of the predations of the rich - who are often libertarian.

Except for themselves, of course.

I’ll bet that Roddis is an Ayn Rand fan.

The wretched little Roddis monkey imagines that people who don’t worship his trash are “truth resistant.”

One of the sad things about mental retardation is that the symptoms are not readily apparent to the patient.

From the movie A Beautiful Mind...

“This schizophrenia thing is a problem. I can solve it. Overcome it. That’s what I do. I solve problems. I can---“

Doctor: “No you can’t!”

“Why not?”

“Because your mind is where the problem lies. We'll have to start again, with double your medication…”

Good movie. Last movie I ever saw in a theater. (2001) I paid to see it twice. I knew a person like that in college. Most intelligent person I ever met, insofar as I am able to judge such things. He too was schizophrenic, and he hung himself in his dormitory. His genius walked with his madness.

Alas, Roddis is in no such peril.
