Saw in the Greek news this morning that 30 healthcare workers in one hospital tested positive for the virus. Okay, not good. But what makes it even worse is that 11 of the 30 had already been vaccinated with the two doses of the mRNA vaccine.
And let me just add,
My parents last week both received their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine (next dose in 3 months). I asked the 20-something nurse administering the vaccine if she and the rest of the medical staff there if they had already been vaccinated. You see, I am the curious sort :) Anyways, she said they had, but, and this is what I found very disconcerting, she also said that she had already caught the virus last summer but that she still suffers from the virus's effects: fatigue and shortness of breath. Twentysomething nurse!

You know it’s funny to watch those two dialoguing like that (Fauci and rand Paul) because neither of them have a science degree... Dialogue like that is really what they have been trained to do

Fauci not only finished first in his class at Cornell Medical School (Have you heard of it, Matt?) but also has a long career as a brilliant scientist (Matt, "scientist"). Rand Paul is a medical doctor, too. Though a medical doctor (opthalmologist), Rand Paul also happens to be a bootlicking jerk (to Trump's great satisfaction who no doubt loathes bootlickers like Paul even when said bootlicker is licking Trump's boots.)
I know someone who skipped the usual 3-yr science (pre-med) degree program and went straight to McGill University Med School. Of course, because he, too, was brilliant.

It’s not the school it’s the methodology they are trained in that is important...

Matt, Fauci read out the latest scientific papers/studies to Rand. Rand just refused to listen, instead catering to his crazies (voters).
When Fauci (infiltered) was on Jimmy Dore, he delivered some straight talk.
