Urban Carmel — Demographics: The Boomers Have Already Been Overtaken by the Millennials

The chief driver of economics is population growth and demographics.

The problem is that they have been badly educated. The ones who know are afraid to speak up. I hear this from kids all the time. (16+) They say there are draconian taboos within their generation that prevent them from speaking their minds.

These kids have been taught to believe, not think. A bare percentage know civics. That was removed from their school curriculum in the 90s. They have no clue how government works.

II used to think they are the hope. Until a Millennial sat me down and explained why it would be THEIR children who will make the difference.

There's nothing more pathetic than someone afraid to speak their mind due to "draconian taboos". It's no different than all the whiny bitches who are afraid to speak their mind due to "political correctness". Grow the f&@k up.
