Hold on now. It's good to bring this topic to the forefront but seriously, the thought of defining it exhausts me and furthermore, it's retaliatory.
The very act of proposing this amendment is more powerful than the amendment itself could ever be. Finding common ground brings us together.
Voter consciousness is emerging now.
