No, Czar Putin is counting on his sheeple not knowing of his puppet Yanukovych, former Ukraine PM and Manafort's employer currently hiding out in the Kremlin, and his ultra pro-Russian Party of Regions, which came from the Ukrainian Donetsk Oblast, where today "little green men" (i.e. Russian soldier) currently occupy as a hostile foreign force.
