It goes without saying, but pipelines that spill gasoline into the ground should be a greater concern.
Just bomb the telecom infrastructure of the nation which is allowing these hackers to operate with impunity...

That pipeline should not have been hackable over the Internet in the first place since it's critical infrastructure.
