Not feasible to confront a combined Russia-China-Iran, etc., and climate change and and pandemics at the same time, especially when the primary threats are not military and concerted action internationally is needed to address climate change and pandemics. In fact, it is crazy.
Currently, they're not overstretched. Recipe for going stir crazy?

Just goes to show they (the warmongering generals) won't be deterred. The 'overhaul' will no doubt involve more expenditures.
