I think rather the dogs have to reduce the Time Response of their sensory/control systems….

1. Those dogs expended more energy than they'd recover by consuming that rabbit.
2. They were defeated by centrifugal force.
3. What's wrong with the camera? Can't follow a chase at that range?
Camera same problem as dogs…
Cameraman probably a beefy, heavyset man. Strength, at the expense of reflexes.
