The paper doesn't say that. It says.
‘the observation that the preponderance of early cases were linked to the Huanan market does not establish that the pandemic originated there’.
Essentially this is paper is the equivalent of discussing cosmic inflation after the big bang, not the origin of the big bang.
Not that you'd know that from the propaganda surrounding it, which suggests there are some very powerful people trying desperately to get off the hook.

They probably see the end of most oil in next 5-10 years with EVs and PHEVs so they are trying to grab the food supply now to have that to use for political coercion instead of the oil they use now…

Talk about percentage of exports, without talking about the percentage of trade overall.
Production is 778 million tons. 198.6 million is exported. ~740 million tons is consumed.
They’ll be swing producer and set the price just like OPEC+ now with the oil.
