"Brazil May Be About to Give Up its Financial Sovereingty"
To give away financial sovereingty is when a country cedes power to another country or organization. That's what happened in the EU, for example.
That's not what happened in Brazil. Although the blogger has a point, a false blog title is all I need to understand that he is not reliable.
